Position: Construction Estimator - Central Phoenix / Scottsdale

An established GC with a long-standing presence in the Phoenix market is expanding their preconstruction team, focused on commercial, hospitality, and high-end mixed-use projects across Central Phoenix and Scottsdale.

They're adding an Estimator who can support both negotiated and hard-bid work, with a clear path toward a Sr. Estimator role.

The company's projects are typically concentrated in the Biltmore, Arcadia, and Scottsdale corridors, keeping commutes localized.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle estimating (concept through GMP)
• Subcontractor outreach and bid leveling
• Quantity takeoffs and cost modeling
• Collaboration with operations and leadership

What they're typically looking for:

• 3-8 years of estimating experience with a GC
• Background in commercial, hospitality, or multifamily projects
• Strong familiarity with local subcontractor market
