Special Inspector – ICC Reinforced Concrete

Full-time position based in Phoenix, AZ, but services required throughout Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Yuma, and other locations.

• Conduct field inspections of various reinforced concrete structures.
• Maintain accurate records and produce detailed inspection reports.
• Communicate findings with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
• Provide training and mentorship to apprentice inspectors.

• ICC certification for reinforced concrete (required); masonry and post-tension certifications are a plus.
• ACI Field Certification.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field is a bonus.
• CWI Certification is a bonus.

• Strong focus on safety.
• Fluency in construction plan reading.
• Knowledge of building codes.
• Disciplined and self‑motivated.
• Basic computer skills.
