NOW HIRING - Plumbing Supervisor / Plumbing Lead
Location:
Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $40-$43/hour DOE
Schedule:
Full-Time | Long-Term Industrial Construction Project
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor / Plumbing Lead to oversee plumbing installation activities on a large-scale industrial construction project in the Phoenix area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong industrial construction experience and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing installation activities
• Lead and mentor plumbing crews while maintaining project schedules
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and code requirements
• Coordinate with project management, general contractors, and other trades
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety requirements
• Review drawings, specifications, and work plans
• Track manpower, production, and material needs
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project progress
Requirements
• 5+ years of industrial or commercial plumbing experience
• Previous experience leading crews on large construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and industry standards
• OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 511 certification REQUIRED
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
• Industrial manufacturing, semiconductor, or mission-critical facility experience
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Additional safety certifications are a plus
