Field Superintendent

Job Summary

A growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead daily field operations for industrial facilities, infrastructure, commercial, concrete, civil, and related construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on construction leader who can drive productivity, maintain safety and quality standards, and keep projects moving according to schedule. The Field Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader on assigned projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, inspections, materials, and jobsite activities.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative construction environment with supportive leadership, strong project teams, and a focus on safety, accountability, quality workmanship, and successful project delivery. Candidates who enjoy leading from the field, solving problems in real time, and building strong relationships with project stakeholders will be well positioned for success.

• Manage day‑to‑day construction field operations for assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, equipment, material deliveries, and field personnel to support project milestones.
• Develop and maintain short‑term schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential delays or field impacts.
• Conduct daily site inspections, safety meetings, quality checks, and field coordination meetings as needed.
• Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, OSHA standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, inspection coordination, and communication with Project Managers and leadership.

• Salary range: $95,000 to $150,000 per year.
