C39 Licensed Project Engineer

Overview

Hot Foot Recruiters is seeking experienced Project Managers or QA/QC professionals to support TSMC P1 construction tool hookup projects in Arizona. This role is ideal for candidates with strong semiconductor construction experience who are comfortable working directly with TSMC and project leadership.

Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000

• Lead and support semiconductor construction projects from planning through execution
• Coordinate with TSMC, engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee schedules, budgets, quality, and compliance requirements
• Support tool hookup activities and ensure alignment with P1 construction standards
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delays
• Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates for leadership and clients
• Serve as a key on-site point of contact for project coordination

• Proven experience on TSMC construction projects
• Background in project management and/or QA/QC
• Strong understanding of tool installation and hookup processes
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work fully on-site in Arizona
