- Wants to learn the estimating side of Heavy Civil construction
- Enjoys working with plans, specifications, quantities, and project costs
- Wants exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects
- Is looking for a clear path to grow into an Estimator and eventually a Senior Estimator role

- Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Heavy Civil construction projects
- Support the preparation of bids and proposal submissions
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents
- Assist with drafting and CAD-related support as needed
- Prepare graphics and supporting documentation for estimates and presentations
- Assemble and review bid documents for accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with estimators, project managers, and operations teams
- Help track subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Support the estimating team throughout the bidding process
- Associate degree in Construction Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field preferred
- Relevant construction, estimating, drafting, or CAD experience will also be considered
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software preferred
- Basic understanding of construction plans and specifications
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Desire to build a career in Heavy Civil estimating
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment
