Join a high-end commercial GC in Central Phoenix/Scottsdale supporting hospitality and mixed‑use work with a clear path toward a Sr. Estimator role.

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

An established GC with a long‑standing presence in the Phoenix market is expanding its preconstruction team, focused on commercial, hospitality, and high‑end mixed‑use projects across Central Phoenix and Scottsdale.

They’re adding an Estimator who can support both negotiated and hard‑bid work, with a clear path toward a Sr. Estimator role.

• Consistent pipeline of commercial, hospitality, and mixed‑use work in the Central Phoenix and Scottsdale corridors
• Projects concentrated around Biltmore, Arcadia, and Scottsdale, keeping commutes localized
• Clear path into a Sr. Estimator role as the preconstruction team continues to grow
• Strong repeat client base with negotiated work, not just hard‑bid chasing
• Exposure to higher‑end projects that build a more marketable preconstruction background long‑term

• Full‑cycle estimating (concept through GMP)
• Subcontractor outreach and bid leveling
• Quantity takeoffs and cost modeling
• Collaboration with operations and leadership

• 3–8 years of estimating experience with a GC
• Background in commercial, hospitality, or multifamily projects
• Strong familiarity with local subcontractor market
