We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to support commercial and mission critical/data center projects across AZ. This role is responsible for leading site safety efforts, ensuring compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture across active job sites.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage site-specific safety programs
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Lead safety meetings, orientations, and ongoing training
- Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate hazards
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
- 5+ years of construction safety experience
- Experience in commercial construction and/or mission critical/data center projects
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
