Overview

Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring General Laborers to support semiconductor construction operations at the TSMC site in North Phoenix.

This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role supporting material handling, site operations, and basic construction activities in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment. Ideal for candidates with construction + equipment experience who can work rotating shifts and overtime.

General Laborer (Construction / TSMC Site)

Type:
Full-Time | Contract (May 11th – Sept
1)

Pay: $25/hr. (1.5x overtime pay)

Rotating Shifts (Must be okay with swing shift, 6 days on 2 days off schedule)

• 2 days morning – 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2 days afternoon – 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• 2 days night – 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• 2 days OFF

• Support construction site operations including material staging, loading/unloading, and site prep
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
• Monitor equipment/control panels and respond to issues or emergencies
• Perform material receiving, inspection, labeling, and organization
• Assist with general labor tasks (lifting, digging, moving materials, basic install support)
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Support confined space work, elevated work, and active construction tasks
• Follow all TSMC site safety protocols and PPE requirements

• 1+ year construction experience (required)
• 1+ year forklift or telehandler material handling equipment experience (required)
• Experience with physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, outdoor work, heat)
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Comfortable working in active construction sites, heights, and confined spaces
• Basic experience with hand tools / power tools
• Reliable transportation + valid AZ driver’s license is a MUST
• Inventory / material tracking experience
• Mandarin or Spanish is a plus
