Coreslab Structures (ARIZ) Inc., a leader in the precast/pre‑stressed construction industry, is seeking Skilled Construction Laborers and Concrete Finishers to join our team. Our production department offers a broad range of skilled level positions. All construction labor candidates must have the ability to follow verbal instruction and work well in a fast‑paced environment. We are looking to fill positions for both Construction Laborers and Concrete Finishers.

Will perform multiple tasks which include layout and building forms/molds for concrete components, pulling steel strands, assisting in tensioning, installing rebar, embedding plates, and operating equipment. This is a safety‑sensitive position.

Should have 1–3 years of experience and must be able to use the tools of this trade (power trowel, hand and walking trowels). The candidate must be dependable and work well with other crafts, trades, and crew members. This is a safety‑sensitive position.

All shifts generally begin between 10pm and 2am.

• Operating equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites
• Utilizing a variety of hand and power tools
• Following instructions from managers and supervisors
• Loading and unloading building materials
• Cleaning the site by removing hazardous materials and debris from the worksite
• Assisting craft workers such as carpenters or welders with their duties, if needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience or completion of a relevant apprenticeship preferred
• Ability to use a wide variety of tools
• Capable of working well with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team
