Sunland Asphalt and Construction, LLC. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Take Off Technician to join our growing team.

- Perform all duties and responsibilities with Sunland's core values at the forefront.
- Advocate safety and follow safety policies and procedures.
- Model project job sites using custom design process.
- Assist in design challenges on commercial pre‑construction job sites.
- Transfer plans from hard copy to software programs.
- Finalize project takeoffs for Ace's Estimators and Project Managers and customer use.
- Perform plan take-offs and related duties.

- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be able to understand blueprints, project scopes, and other job‑site related material.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and HTML‑based document navigation.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Must be fluent in English, i.e., able to speak, read, and write English.
