What You'll Be Doing (depending on experience level):

• Assist in or lead the preparation of bids from design through final closeout
• Review project ads, plans, specs, and addenda
• Perform detailed take-offs for civil, structural, and mechanical scopes
• Solicit pricing and build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Support or lead internal bid reviews
• Develop scope narratives, clarifications, and RFI logs
• Contribute to historical cost tracking and database management
• Collaborate with engineers, owners, consultants, and field operations
• Provide change order pricing and support handoff to operations

Who You Are:

• 10+ years in construction estimating (water/wastewater focus preferred)
• Skilled with hard bid, design-build, CMAR, and JOC delivery methods
• Broad technical knowledge across multiple trades
• Proven ability to mentor and lead bid teams
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients, engineers, and partners
