Willdan Group is seeking an ICC-Certified Residential Building Inspector for their Phoenix, AZ office. The inspector will ensure compliance with building codes, conduct inspections, document results, and communicate effectively with homeowners and contractors.
Qualified candidates will possess at least 3-5 years of experience and must hold two of the required ICC certifications. A valid AZ Class C Driver's License is also required.
