• Independently manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and document control
• Coordinate trade and design documentation and resolve conflicts
• Support schedule updates and identify coordination risks
• Assist Project Managers with cost tracking and change documentation
• Participate in subcontractor buyout and coordination meetings
• Mentor and train Project Engineers
• Serve as a reliable technical resource for the project team
• Escalate risks and issues proactively

• 3–6+ years of construction experience preferred
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation preferred
• Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
• Experience with Procore, CMiC, scheduling software, or similar platforms
• Strong constructability awareness
  • Ability to prioritize, anticipate issues, and problem-solve
• Effective communication with subcontractors, designers, and internal teams

Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual's experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
