Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record managing large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects valued at $25 million or greater. This individual will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are achieved.

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
• Lead day-to-day project operations on large-scale commercial and industrial projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Oversee procurement activities and subcontractor management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed project reporting
• Identify and resolve construction, scheduling, and coordination issues proactively
• Support Superintendents and field operations teams to maintain project progress
• Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist with project buyout, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining schedule and budget goals

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
• Previous experience working for a General Contractor is required
• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects valued at $25 million or greater
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
• Experience managing subcontractor relationships and project teams
