Construction Estimator - Multifamily

A full-service general contractor and developer-builder active across the Southwest, delivering ground-up multifamily and mixed-use communities in the greater Phoenix area. The team builds a mix of market-rate, affordable, and workforce housing, and is known for a relationship-driven, quality-focused approach.

The Estimator will prepare accurate, competitive estimates for ground-up multifamily projects, supporting the preconstruction team from conceptual budgeting through final bid.

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs across structural, sitework, and building scopes
• Solicit, level, and qualify subcontractor and supplier bids
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimates
• Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain and apply historical cost data and unit pricing
• Coordinate with project managers and preconstruction on scope and budget alignment
• Participate in bid-day strategy and final number reviews

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience on ground-up multifamily or comparable commercial projects
• Working knowledge of concrete, framing, and MEP scopes
• Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software, such as On-Screen Takeoff and Bluebeam, plus Microsoft Office
