Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Annually

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on various projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to plan and schedule work.
• Interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete work.
• Oversee the setup and layout of forms, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Conduct daily job site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
