Seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join its growing preconstruction department. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their estimating career while working alongside experienced leadership on a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities- Perform quantity takeoffs and estimate preparation
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Assist with budgeting and bid preparation
- Coordinate with senior estimators and project teams
- Support proposal development and bid submissions
- Participate in project turnover meetings
- 2-5 years of mechanical estimating experience
- HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical Contracting, or Construction background
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with estimating software preferred
