Construction Superintendent – Data Center

We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for high-stakes, fast-paced data center and mission-critical projects in the booming Phoenix market.

This isn't just a standard build site. We need a hands‑on leader who thrives in highly technical environments, commands respect on the field, and can relentlessly drive schedule, quality, and safety without cutting corners. As the Superintendent, you will own the field from mobilization to final commissioning. Your focus will break down into four key pillars:

• Field Leadership & Coordination: Oversee all daily on‑site operations. Direct subcontractors, field staff, and trade sequencing with a laser focus on high‑density MEP coordination.
• Schedule & Momentum: Develop, look ahead, and maintain rigorous project schedules to ensure every critical milestone is hit on time.
• Quality & Safety Enforcement: Conduct daily site walks to enforce strict QA/QC standards. Lead a culture of absolute safety, managing compliance, inspections, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Project Partnership: Work hand‑in‑hand with Project Managers to track progress, proactively solve field bottlenecks, and ensure the build aligns with the budget.

To excel in this role, you should bring a mix of technical grit and leadership presence:

• Experience: 3 to 10+ years of dedicated experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Niche Expertise: A proven track record of successfully delivering data center or mission‑critical projects.
• Technical Chops: Deep, native understanding of complex MEP systems, sequencing, and advanced coordination on large‑scale builds.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern construction management tools, specifically Procore, Bluebeam
