We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial construction projects, from planning and development to execution and completion.
Job DetailsExperience:
Mid Level
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
- Manage all phases of the project life cycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, construction staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of safety.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in business development activities, including client relationship management and proposal development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, focusing on commercial projects.
- Minimum of 3-10 years of commercial project experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and inspire.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with strategic thinking and sound decision making under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
