We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations on commercial roofing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage daily field operations on commercial roofing projects
• Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed safely and in compliance with OSHA requirements
• Monitor production, quality, and project schedules
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and safety inspections
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs
• Communicate project progress with Project Managers and Operations leadership
• Resolve field issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Complete project documentation, reports, and daily logs

• 5+ years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
• Experience managing large commercial roofing projects
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and project schedules
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally between projects
