Mechanical Construction Division Manager

A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Division Manager to oversee and grow their commercial mechanical operations. This individual will lead a team responsible for delivering complex projects ranging from $10M-$50M, while driving operational excellence, profitability, and long-term client relationships.

• Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage and mentor Project Executives, Project Managers, and field leadership teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company standards
• Drive operational improvements, project execution strategies, and process efficiencies
• Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams to support successful project pursuits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Monitor financial performance, project forecasting, and overall division profitability
• Support business growth initiatives and help expand the mechanical construction division

• 10+ years of experience in commercial mechanical construction (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
• Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale projects ($10M+)
• Strong understanding of project operations, financials, and construction processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive results
