• Overseeing all stages of bridge construction projects, from initial planning and feasibility studies to design, construction, and final handover.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals in designing safe, efficient, and sustainable bridges.
• Managing the project budget, ensuring that all work is carried out within the agreed financial parameters.
• Ensuring that all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Leading and motivating a team of construction workers and professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages high performance.
• Resolving any issues or problems that arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Regularly reporting on the project's progress to senior management, stakeholders, and clients, keeping them informed and involved.
• Continually seeking ways to improve the project management process, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• At least seven years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a specific focus on bridge design and construction.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Professional Engineering license.
