USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Implement the programming and execution of Army National Guard major/minor construction and renovation projects in a geographically separated area.;
Prepare work packages that include drawings of existing areas, changes required, and detailed descriptions of the work and equipment involved.;
Assist in preparing budgets for maintenance, repair, new construction, alteration projects, or equipment replacement to ensure program effectiveness.;
Apply knowledge of national, state, local and NGB codes and regulations related to design, construction, and contracting; familiarity with FAR as it applies to architectural services.;
Coordinate with design and construction teams to evaluate, adapt, or modify property facilities, utility systems, buildings, and equipment; oversee project execution.
