Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems from preconstruction through project closeout while delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities- Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
- Lead procurement of equipment and materials.
- Monitor labor productivity, project costs, and financial performance.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.
- Resolve project challenges while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Support project closeout, punch list completion, and final documentation.
- 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
- Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, semiconductor, manufacturing, or data center projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
- Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually based on experience
