Construction Integration Manager 5

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management team supporting data center construction projects across the Phoenix region. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 5

Location: Phoenix/Goodyear, AZ (Onsite)

Pay Range: $86.02 - $92.64/hour

What’s the Job?
  • Oversee and coordinate onsite construction activities for data center projects, ensuring progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve construction, production, and operational issues while collaborating with technical and administrative teams.
  • Monitor project performance, quality control measures, and production tracking systems to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review construction plans, blueprints, and designs, identifying potential flaws and recommending solutions.
  • Manage project‑related procurement activities, including purchase orders, while maintaining project documentation and reports.
What’s Needed?
  • 10+ years of construction management or construction supervision experience.
  • Previous experience working onsite in construction environments, preferably within data center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, production operations, and technical drawings/blueprints.
  • Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
