Position Summary
The Project Executive will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. The role will oversee project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, client relationships, safety, quality, and overall project performance. Working closely with field leadership, project executives, engineers, and trade partners, this individual will drive projects from preconstruction through turnover while ensuring all client objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and reporting.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- Drive schedule development and monitor project progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate closely with superintendents, field leadership, and project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Review contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members.
- Maintain strong communication with owners, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- Project Manager:
Typically 5+ years of construction project management experience. - Senior Project Manager:
Typically 10+ years of construction project management experience. - Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, mission critical, power, energy, healthcare, aviation, or laboratory projects.
- Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
