Overview
We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale ground-up construction projects throughout the Phoenix metro area.
This role will oversee complex projects including industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, and other large commercial developments, ensuring exceptional safety, quality, and schedule performance from start to finish.
Responsibilities- 2+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
- Proven success leading ground-up projects valued at $30M+ (or similarly complex projects)
- Experience in industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, or large commercial construction
- Strong leadership in managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Extensive knowledge of construction safety, quality control, and project sequencing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams
