• Preparing accurate estimates and competitive bids for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop detailed quantity take-offs.
• Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Working closely with preconstruction, operations, and project management teams to develop winning proposals.
• Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
• Supporting bid presentations, budgets, and project handovers to the operations team.

• Experience estimating heavy civil and/or water/wastewater construction projects.
• Strong understanding of treatment plants, underground utilities, pipelines, pump stations, or related infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with estimating software and quantity take-off tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a desire to build a long-term career with a nationally recognized contractor.
