General Superintendent

I'm partnered with an industry-leading, nationally respected, multi billion dollar General Contractor that is continuing to invest heavily in its Arizona Water Division
. Due to sustained growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced General Superintendent to help lead the delivery of some of the largest water infrastructure projects in Arizona
.

• Proven experience as a Senior
  Superintendent leading major water infrastructure projects.
• A strong background delivering Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs).
• Experience overseeing ground-up water/wastewater treatment projects valued at $100M+.
• The ability to manage multiple Superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors across complex projects.
• A proven track record of driving safety, quality, schedule, and productivity on large-scale construction programs.
• Experience coordinating with Project Management, Preconstruction, Owners, Engineers, and Municipal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
• The ability to build and lead high-performing field teams while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
