Electrical Superintendent

The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive electrical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Electrical Superintendent ensures that all electrical work complies with safety standards, codes, and regulations while meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.

• Oversee and manage all electrical installations and maintenance activities on construction site
• Develop and implement detailed project plans and schedule
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professional
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to electrical foremen, journeymen, and apprentice
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and update
• Ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds industry standards and client specification
• Conduct regular inspections and quality check
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulation
• Conduct safety training and ensure all team members are aware of potential hazards and safe work practice
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising qualit
• y.Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including blueprints, progress reports, and change order
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to project managers and client
• Liaise with other trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical system
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction proces

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is prefer
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with a general contractor or 10 years as a trade fore
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schemat
