1st Precision Grading LLC is looking for a hardworking and dependable Laborer/Operator to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on role where you ll play a key part in delivering high-quality grading and site work on exciting construction projects. • Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, compactors, and grading machinery
• Perform site preparation, rough and finish grading, excavation, and land clearing tasks
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on job sites
• Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions to ensure accurate site work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed throughout the project

• Prior experience in grading, excavation, site work, or general construction preferred
• Ability to operate heavy equipment or willingness to learn under supervision
• Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Ability to work in hot desert climates and demanding job site environments
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and as part of a team
• Valid driver s license preferred; CDL a plus
