Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend are looking for a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support construction cost services on large-scale, multi-site data center campus developments across the Phoenix, AZ area. These projects include multiple high-capacity facilities, associated site infrastructure, and phased construction delivery within a rapidly growing regional construction market.

The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality cost management while promoting Turner & Townsend's purpose and values. Responsibilities include advising clients on procurement strategies, managing estimating services, leading cost reporting, managing cost control processes, supporting dispute prevention and resolution, managing invoicing processes, benchmarking cost performance, leading final accounting, facilitating post-project reviews, developing project handover procedures, and utilizing cost management tools.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field, 3–5 years of experience in construction cost management, experience supporting medium to large-scale construction projects, construction consultancy experience, RICS accreditation or working toward accreditation, strong knowledge of procurement, value management, and cost control practices, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
