Associate Consultant, Scheduler - Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is looking for an Associate Consultant, Construction Scheduler to join our team and support scheduling services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project controls and scheduling principles and will be responsible for assisting with the development, maintenance, and reporting of construction schedules. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development, updating, and maintenance of project and construction schedules.
- Collect, organize, and validate schedule updates from project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of schedule reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays or schedule risks for review by senior team members.
- Perform basic critical path and schedule variance analyses.
- Assist in maintaining schedule integrity and data quality within Primavera P6 and other scheduling systems.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project team members to gather schedule-related information.
- Support project controls and scheduling processes in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Help prepare staffing, engineering, procurement, and construction progress reports.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
- Support schedule reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Perform other project controls and scheduling duties as assigned.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field.
- 1-3 years of scheduling, project controls, construction management, or related experience.
- Basic understanding of scheduling techniques, project planning, and critical path methodology (CPM).
- Experience or exposure to Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience supporting construction, infrastructure, data center, utility, or EPC projects.
- Familiarity with schedule reporting, progress tracking, and project controls fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of earned value management (EVM) concepts is a plus.
