Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, client relations, and overall project execution while ensuring safety, quality, and financial success.

• Lead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, buyout, procurement, and change orders.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure successful project execution.
• Review construction documents for constructability and resolve design issues.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and owner/architect communications.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Mentor project staff and support business development opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects, including GMP contracts preferred.
• Background in preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Timberline, MS Project, or similar construction software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
