Project Engineer

Seeking a Project Engineer to support the successful execution of large commercial construction projects. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to coordinate project documentation, procurement, scheduling, and field operations from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Support subcontractor bidding, buyout, procurement, and change management.
• Coordinate material releases and deliveries to meet project schedules.
• Assist with estimating, contract administration, and document control.
• Maintain project records, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to resolve project issues.
• Prepare meeting agendas/minutes and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with a general contractor on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with project management software, Bluebeam, and Revit.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination, scheduling, estimating, and construction documents preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
