At Martin Commercial LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality commercial projects that reflect our clients' vision and our team's commitment to excellence. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects Nationwide.
Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance
* Coordinate communication between clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors
* Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks
* Track costs, manage change orders, and maintain budget control
* Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
* Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment focused on accountability and results
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
* Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
