HVAC Sales Estimator

Airswift is partnering with a leading company in the mechanical construction sector to hire an experienced HVAC Sales Estimator based in Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical estimating expertise with business development activities, supporting commercial HVAC projects across a variety of sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing project documentation, developing accurate cost estimates, working with suppliers and subcontractors, and building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. The position also plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting projects from the bidding stage through project handoff.

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial HVAC projects by reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Develop pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, property managers, and owners.
• Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
• Present proposals, assist with negotiations, and support project award activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure a seamless transition from estimating to execution.
• Stay informed on local codes, market trends, and regional factors that impact project costs.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating, sales, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required.
