Westland Construction is seeking an Estimator to join the team. You will support development of project estimates for mid-size commercial projects and assist with scope-change estimates to optimize costs.
The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with estimating software (On-Screen Take-off, Smart Bid, Building Connected, Destini, Excel), and solid knowledge of project specs and subcontractor markets. A CM/Engineering/Business degree and 4–7 years’ experience are preferred.
