Construction Program Manager 3 | Phoenix, AZ
Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Program Manager 3 to join their team. You will serve as the owner's on-site representative, providing leadership, construction oversight, project coordination, and support throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, contractors, risks, and stakeholders on complex construction projects.

Location:
Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $74.31 - $80.04/hour
- Provide construction management and field oversight throughout planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
- Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, safety, quality, site logistics, and compliance with project requirements.
- Review project schedules, milestones, critical path activities, and recovery plans to identify and mitigate potential delays.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve design, construction, procurement, and operational issues.
- Prepare project updates, reports, meeting summaries, and recommendations while proactively identifying risks and driving issues to resolution.
- 7–10+ years of construction management and field oversight experience, including significant experience working on data center or other mission-critical construction projects.
- 5–8+ years of experience with project scheduling, project controls, progress tracking, and schedule risk/recovery planning.
- 5–8+ years of experience with construction contracts, contractor management, RFIs, submittals, change management, procurement, and design coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical field preferred; experience with Bluebeam and Primavera P6 is a plus.
