** Pay Range:** $74.31 - $80.04/hour
** What's the Job?*
* + Provide construction management and field oversight throughout planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
+ Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, safety, quality, site logistics, and compliance with project requirements.
+ Review project schedules, milestones, critical path activities, and recovery plans to identify and mitigate potential delays.
+ Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve design, construction, procurement, and operational issues.
+ Prepare project updates, reports, meeting summaries, and recommendations while proactively identifying risks and driving issues to resolution.

** What's Needed?*
* + 7-10+ years of construction management and field oversight experience, including significant experience working on data center or other mission-critical construction projects.
+ 5-8+ years of experience with project scheduling, project controls, progress tracking, and schedule risk/recovery planning.
+ 5-8+ years of experience with construction contracts, contractor management, RFIs, submittals, change management, procurement, and design coordination.
+ Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical field preferred; experience with Bluebeam and Primavera P6 is a plus.
