The Project Director will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, in both commercial and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Coordinating and communicating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Implementing and monitoring project performance metrics to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilizing Procore and other project management tools to track progress and documentation.
• Mentoring and developing project management staff to enhance their skills and career growth.

Qualifications include:

• Proven experience as a Project Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management processes and best practices.
• Experience in both commercial and residential construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software, particularly Procore.
• Strong understanding of institutional construction requirements and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
