- Fulllifecyclemanagementofheavycivil/heavyhighwayprojects($10M+)
- Financialoversight,forecasting,andcostcontrol
- CPMscheduledevelopmentandupdates(PrimaveraP6)
- Changeorderstrategyandnegotiations
- Leadership of Superintendents&Project Engineers
- Clientandstakeholderrelationships
- Riskmanagementandprojectexecutionstrategy
You’llbeaccountablefordeliveringprojectssafely,onschedule,onbudgetandwiththelevelofquality
Banickiisknownfor.
- 5-7+yearsofheavycivilconstructionexperience
- Provensuccessmanaging $10M+infrastructure projects
- Strongforecastingandcostcontrolexpertise
- Experience with Primavera P6 ,Bluebeam,and Excel
- Civil Engineeringor Construction Managementdegree
- Leadershipmindsetandfieldcredibility
