You will inspect new installations and reinspect existing units for compliance with the Phoenix Construction Code and approved plans, making technical decisions with sound judgment.
Ideal candidates have knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles, apply code requirements consistently, and are proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
