Construction Project Manager

SNIPEBRIDGE is a strategic talent solutions company specializing in connecting exceptional talent to great career opportunities. We work as an exclusive partner to leading AEC and technology organizations that are advancing the built environment through innovation, technical rigor, and transformative work.

Our client operates within the fast-moving data center and digital infrastructure sector, where engineering, construction, technology, energy, and operations come together to support always-on environments. Its multidisciplinary teams plan, design, deliver, and operate complex facilities with a strong focus on reliability, safety, scalability, and efficient use of power and cooling. The work calls for close coordination across technical disciplines and offers the opportunity to contribute to infrastructure that supports the continued growth of cloud computing, AI, and connected services.

The Construction Project Manager will lead the delivery of technically complex data center projects from mobilization through closeout. The role requires disciplined coordination of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and change while keeping owners, design teams, contractors, vendors, and commissioning partners aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and documentation
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, trade partners, vendors, and owner representatives
  • Maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, change logs, risk registers, and executive reporting
  • Lead progress, coordination, procurement, and issue-resolution meetings
  • Monitor long-lead equipment, submittals, RFIs, inspections, testing, and turnover milestones
  • Evaluate change requests and support contract administration and commercial negotiations
  • Partner with commissioning and operations teams to plan startup, integrated testing, and handover
  • Promote a strong safety culture and verify compliance with project quality requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of construction project management experience on complex commercial or industrial work
  • Data center or other mission-critical project experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, life-safety, and building-envelope coordination
  • Proficiency with scheduling and project-management platforms such as Primavera P6, Procore, or equivalent tools
  • Strong contract, cost-control, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to work on active project sites and travel as project needs require

All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must already possess long-term work authorization.
