Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
Our client is a top-20 regional general contractor headquartered in Phoenix with an active portfolio spanning tilt-up industrial, Class A office, retail centers, and municipal projects ranging from $10M to $80M. The firm has delivered over $500M in commercial construction across Arizona and Nevada over the past decade and is on pace for its strongest year yet.
As Construction Superintendent you will own the field from mobilization through punch list and certificate of occupancy. You will manage all subcontractors, enforce the project schedule using 3-week lookahead and pull planning methodologies, conduct daily safety inspections in compliance with OSHA standards, and serve as the primary owner-facing field representative on all quality and schedule matters.
The company offers a strong pipeline of work, a collaborative office-to-field culture, and a compensation package that includes a company truck or truck allowance, per diem for travel projects, and a performance bonus tied to schedule and budget outcomes.
Requirements- 10+ years of commercial construction field experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role
- Demonstrated experience self-performing and overseeing tilt-up, concrete, steel, and MEP trades on projects $20M+
- Proficiency with Procore for RFIs, submittals, and daily reports
- OSHA 30 certification required;
First Aid/CPR preferred - Strong subcontractor management and conflict resolution skills
