Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) is seeking an Assistant Construction Supervisor to guide families building their own homes through the Self-Help Housing Program. Weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday) with Mondays in the office, on-site role.
You will supervise, train participants in construction skills, ensure safe worksites, keep projects on schedule, and help empower families to achieve home ownership as part of a community nonprofit.
