Manage and coordinate site development, core and shell construction, and building envelope activities to meet quality, schedule, and safety standards.

Establish and maintain site logistics plans, phasing strategies, and workforce coordination to optimize productivity and minimize disruption.

Maintain full ownership of jobsite execution, monitoring productivity, enforcing accountability, and driving continuous improvement.

Partner closely with MEP Superintendents and Project Managers to manage system integration risks and ensure seamless coordination of building systems.

Support system readiness, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities as required to achieve reliable, high-performance facility operations.

Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and look-ahead plans, aligning field activities with project milestones and client expectations.

Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Superintendents and field staff, fostering professional development and strong team performance.

Build strong trade partner relationships based on accountability, trust, and collaborative problem solving.

Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the project team and trade partners.
