Roberts Construction Company is looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Construction Cleaners to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! • Perform post-construction cleanup on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Remove debris, dust, and construction waste from interior and exterior areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces including windows, floors, and fixtures
• Safely dispose of construction materials and waste in designated areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site at all times
• Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools as needed
• Coordinate with construction crew and site supervisors to meet project deadlines

• Prior construction cleaning or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE on job sites
