A leading Phoenix-based construction company specializing in healthcare projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, quality, and client relationships while working closely with the Superintendent, design team, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
  • Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and schedule.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
  • Coordinate construction activities in occupied healthcare facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare, safety, and infection-control requirements.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management.
  • Familiarity with ICRA, ASHE, CMS, Joint Commission, and healthcare construction standards preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
